Increased npc's in my new settlement to 7 and ghosts attack in 2 turns might just see what happens. What do you guys think?

It's all over the ghosts are dead or at peace but the settlement was wiped out. Is there anyway to repopulate or will it remain abandoned? If so maybe as I mentioned before population from other settlements could be moved there.
Yeah, that. Never, ever lets ghosts in, because your NPCs will get rofltomped long before you can do anything about it. At the moment, I don't think there's a way to repopulate it, because you need someone living there already to invite other people in, but that's supposed to be changed at some point (and has been supposed to be changed for a while, just hasn't happened yet). I have an abandoned settlement that was
created with zero NPCs in it that's just been sitting there useless ever since. Heh.
