Looks like after Borderlands 2 and Halo 4 I might have reason to return to the game. :D I've missed it somewhat, but my random-loot obsession will be fulfilled with Borderlands 2 by Friday. :D

I like it in general. Though my one complaint that I didn't see anybody notice is the face of the character sprite. It looks a bit bland/featureless to me, almost faceless really.

I'll be getting my fix from TL2 on Thursday. :)

In my case, FTL eats my life atm.

Oh hell no! That game bites my time too! But unlike AVWW, the Random Generator always f*cks me over and I lose by Sector 3.

TL 2 is tempting though, cause i'm a sucker for loot, but don't know if i'd like the gameplay.

It's sequel season for me: Darksiders II, Fall of Cybertron, New Super Mario Bros. 2, Fieldrunners 2... then Borderlands 2, Natural Selection II and Torchlight II.

Alongside which Startopia and FTL are consuming my life... and Dishonoured threatens to do the same!

So many games. So little time.

I forgot to mention, that concept "sketch" of that enemy reminds me of the art style from the Cartoon Wars series of games.

I have not enough to be getting more games, so I'm just going to have my random looting in Path of Exile instead while you guys muck about in much brighter landscapes.

I like most of it but GOOD GOD.

That picture of the Bronze Age NPC is pretty hideous.  No offense, but it looks like Lady Gaga wearing a toga more than someone from ancient Egypt.

Interesting that you don't think she looks like an ancient egyptian: https://www.google.com/search?q=ancient+egyptian+women&oe=utf-8&aq=t&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official&client=firefox-a&um=1&ie=UTF-8&hl=en&tbm=isch

But seriously, complaining about a colored sketch?

EDIT: I've attached a larger version so that you can see what I mean about it being a colored sketch.  The colors are there, the basic shadows have been laid down, but the pencil marks are still visible and there's no attempt yet at a finished-style smooth quality.  It makes her face look a bit mottled among other things, but that's why it's a sketch. ;)

From what very little I know, "Lady Gaga" levels of makeup was apparently common among higher class women in public appearances in ancient Egypt.
One of those "reality is unrealistic" type things.
