I'm feeling a lot better this morning. We still have no idea what it is (probably an unspecified viral infection that doesn't appear to be the flu), and I'm not yet at 100%, but, I'm definitely finally on the upswing. This has been going on for nearly a week, so I'm glad I can finally see light at the end of the tunnel.
