I actually put it painfully low on purpose, for a couple of reasons:

1. If you're just sitting at your own base, then the enemy is having time to come over and harass the heck out of you.

2. If the enemy is piled up near their base, many of those stray shots of theirs are going to be hitting your base, which is bad for you.

Those sound like reasons it should be higher to me!

Well, generally speaking, 10 HP is about what you get from killing a single trash mob.  And it's giving you that every 1-2 seconds.  That's... quite a lot, if you think about it in those terms.  That's like chaingunning some mobs while just standing there.

I could see maybe doubling the rate if it's just too painfully slow, but I don't think that it should be a percentage of health or something that is super much higher, honestly.

.916 Last 2 battlegrounds (Tier 2) I did had allies and enemies spawn underneath the surface without any underground,  it showed ally and enemy icons underneath the chunk map . The surface allies also picked up on the below enemies and stopped and wouldn't continue forward. I did not use a flare. I was able to get to the end and destroy the bases myself.

Added: Even after the mission was won an on the surface bot minion was still trying to shoot the out of chunk enemy below the map.

No problem, just checking :)

Does this happen in other battleground missions?  If we're able to reproduce it it's a lot easier to fix.

Ok I put a screenshot on Mantis for this. (0006880)
Both times I saw it the map was pretty much the same as in the ss.

I've put it on Mantis (#6869) right after the update yesterday, along with a savefile.
