I need halp! (Dungeon levels)

So I'm looking for Iron Ore is it? And I'm looking for a connection area to a lower Dungeon Area 2, yet I'm not exactly sure how to get there. Anyone mind helping me out?

I looked everywhere for this information, but everything I've looked at has been really vague about it.

And now I've finally figured it out. So there are just random lower dungeon levels connected to underground dungeons. I just wasn't sure if I'd find those passage ways in underground buildings or elsewhere either.

Phew, it's about time.
