This game gives me all kinds of flashbacks to games.

Excellent game so far, I think you have a very nice mix of genres here.

.. And this is just my impression so far.

Regarding PayPal.

I am sure you heard the problems some indie devs had with PayPal withholding funds since they were not selling a "final" product, but a WIP?

Thanks for your support and the kind words!  Glad you're enjoying it. :)

With Paypal, I think that only applies when you're selling directly through them; we're selling through FastSpring, and Paypal pays them, so that should provide us a shield in terms of what Paypal would withhold, not to mention keeping it from ever having a large balance in Paypal in the first place.  Thanks for looking out for us, though!

Haven't done much else than this game last few days, and I'm still quite enjoying it. I do have a few snafus, but you've made a great game so far and its still in beta, so I will wait and see what you do. For what I know, you have changed things I'm playing on your current development version so much that my comments are outdated.

Although I would like a slightly improved windowed mode when it comes to the overview map. Direction keys would be nice to help scrolling, and make screen scroll before you touch the edge of the screen.

Cheers, thanks!  Those would be great suggestions to put in mantis, just to make sure that they don't get lost prior to 1.0.

Trust me, I am trying to work out how Mantis works. As software tester I'm used to these system. But need to get used to this. :P

Plus, Arcen actually offers complete games as well, so since it's all the same company/store, I'd think PayPal would be okay with that. Of not, throw in Tidalis or something :P
