Double Negative Item

Recently read through the patch notes and on Wednesday the 30th there was this:
Some of these may need further balancing to really make them ideal, but these now feel much more like powerups, and you're no longer running into 60-70% of items being just negative effects on you. Instead everything is at least moderately positive despite whatever drawbacks might be attached to the equipment, and the question is instead if the costs and benefits of the equipment fit into your current tactical plan.

On Friday the 1st I found the +6 Expensive facehuggers of Leprosy.  Although an amusing name, it has both: +390% damage taken and -205% spell strength.

Unless I'm misinterpreting something this shouldn't be happening anymore.

Welcome to the forums.

What version of the game are you playing on?  That bug was known a while back, and it was fixed; not sure if it was before or after the 1st, but it's in the release notes.

I'm playing it through steam so its been automatically updating but; I believe I was still running on .722 when this happened (since i remember getting knocked back from enemies and that was fixed in .723, and the items on the bottom of the screen didn't get added until .722) which is the same patch as the notes i copied into my original post.
