Are the better enchants and more elites tied to higher continent levels or just killing more monsters and getting more enchants. Is it possible to just grind out the first continent and have legendary enchants and elites?
Answer: it really varies.
- Monster elites get more frequent on higher continents, but are also based on the tier of the continent in question
- Enchant progression is based on how many enchants of that type you got, and nothing else.
- Not all enchants are available until you hit later continents, though.
- Legendary enchants and so forth are only gotten as rare drops and so forth anyhow; their frequency never goes up, but the quality across the board of a given enchant type goes up as you go.
