I know you have more ideas than you have time to implement them, but wow! so many possiblities for interesting spells!

The best idea I had during the new video was (and this would admittedly be much better for some kind of fall damage for players/npcs getting implemented) a spell that causes a target object or NPC to swap locations with the player- the possibilities for dropping scary bosses down deep pits or fields of beartraps would be endless  :D

Dropping your enemies in pools of water/lava sounds quite effective too.

Reflect spell
- Reflects enemy attacks back

Unholy Reflect spell
- Reflects enemy attacks back, but as a random other attack. Might actually heal your enemies, or give your enemies reflect ability.

Variable Link spell
- Cast once to create an anchor
- cast again to create another anchor

now you can cast an attack spell on either anchor for it to create a beam of the same type as the attack spell

Each anchor can hold 1 spell, and upgrades can increase the duration, that means you can link 2 of the same attack spells together for maximum effect, or link 2 different ones together (slow enemy and high damage one?)

Aura Spells
- Vastly Distorted Reality
Creates a sphere that moves with you and converts any object within into something else, including resources, can transmutate any destroyable object into something else, trees to enemies, enemies to trees, resources to trees or enemies to resources all random.

- Disjointing of Spheres
When cast the sphere travels with you and INVERTS all attacks - that means they heal you, instead of damage you. Conversely all spells YOU cast are inverted as well, healing damages, attack heals your enemies.

The downsides of both these aura spells is the chance for "disjointed beings" to be spawned, some ultra rare, super high level cthulu based demons.

Easter egg, when you cast either of this in a town your towns inhabitants can be transmuted as well, into objects or whatever else, including enemies, and killing those KILLS THEM as well ;p

Thats just off the top of my mind...lots more awesome spells possible.

I also want charging spells that when they are high level can transmute the whole landscape (grass to burned earth etc.) no game ever did the mega-spells right.

Hehe it'd be awesome if 2 npcs had Unholy Reflect spell and it would just reflect back and forth changing the effect while player stands in the middle, whoever runs out of reflect first gets hit by whatever randomly ends up to exist.

It'd be more fun if there'd be totally unique spell effects from reflects too.

And for this to be really fun and dangerous there ought to be "world level spells" as well. Like turn a tile into a lvl 101 wasteland of doom or spawn 6 billion chickens that are now an enemy force that contents with you.

I think this'll be awesome to have in Skyrim - hope this time we can actually do actual reflect spells and zone-effect spells that affect other spells in that game. ^^ In Oblivion it was impossible

it would be cool to have a line of spells that were highly damaging at the price of also damaging the player- combined with teching strong healing spells it could make for a fun, albeit brittle character.
