Broken level-up tower
« on: February 17, 2013, 03:04:49 am »
So after I got the new version today I decided to take a go in a new game. It was my great surprise to (after getting to world map) see a level-up tower inside the purified area - the one you start with. While that was kinda good, after I entered the tower map (during turn 1(0?)) I found 0 (zero) enemies outside the windmill and only 1 (the henchman himself) inside... I attached the save while inside the tower, with the henchman still alive. Is this simply some bugged out chunk-gen or an issue with me in here while the tutorial scripts are running?

I just thought I point this one out, wouldn't want the game to come out bad y'know.

All good, no worries! That was just your good luck. The overlord's keep and level up towers both only include monsters you have already encountered somewhere else.  Since you had been nowhere else, that was working correctly.

Ahh good, I was worried something bugged out.

On another note - I had never noticed any information about this (presented in an obvious way)...
Might be a good idea to note that somewhere, no? To keep such issues as this one out once the game is released? After all RNG (RMG?) likes to do things developers sometimes miss...

Just my 2 cents there...
