That's a problem I'm going to hit with a few games on my list, in situations like that I'll play the main bulk, and take it as it comes. It's gonna be a big trial and error sitation really, finding out what people want and what they don't. (Thouhg on YouTube I'll probably get shouted at no matter which direction I take it in!) =]

Everyone is called terrible on youtube, and also called pretty cool at the same time. Decent quality everything seems to help, but popularity kinda overthrows it at somepoint if you compare someone's comments to anyone on TB or similar's comments.

Well the first part is up, and 2 more parts are being processed by YouTube. Unfortunately I messed the sound levels up a bit and my voice is low in some areas when I'm firing off a lot of fireballs! It'll be fixed from the next upload! But at least YouTube got it to 1080p a lot quicker than I expected!
If anyone's interested it's at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vgnA7jmi7gA&feature=g-crec-u

Sorry for the double post, but scratch that! YouTube's throwing a hissy and parts 2 and 3 won't go up, so I'm going to edit them all together and upload a single video instead!

You telling us about this idea inspired me to look at my games list.
Steam says that I have 342 games. A great many of them would simply be un-LPable. Good luck with what you are doing.

Thanks, looks like I've got my teething issues sorted out which is a bonus!

Part 1 is live at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gvGwR7oj-4Y&feature=g-crec-u

YouTube hasn't processed it to 1080p yet though =[

I might throw in my two cents as well. I haven't watched the video yet but I do own AVWW. The way I would LP that game is probably by skipping the first continent. The first continent doesn't have as much interesting stuff on it, plain and simple. I might even complete the second continent and start recording on the third, just so I can show off as much terrain as possible. I haven't seen your way of approaching it, but again, it's your channel. I also would never try to LP every game I own in alphabetical order. ;)

There's a few things that need mentioning that I thought I would say based on what I saw in the video.

In combat you were often standing still while just trying to aim. Obviously you probably should dodge while attacking, but this isn't really easy when you have attacks on far keys like 6 and 7. You would have an easier time if your spells were on keys a bit closer to WASD, or on mouse buttons. You also don't have to use all the spells you own; fire touch isn't going to do you much good in a fight, so it's okay to put on a far key, at least until you have another spell that you like better for breaking background objects.

You left the cave on foot, but as the tutorial said, you can just use the warp gates to warp out when you're done exploring. Also, you don't ever have to manually exit the warp gate if you change your mind. Just select the gate you just entered as the destination.

The minimap in the top left shows loot, doors, and bosses. Each color means something different but you generally want the green and orange things. This helps you quickly collect the goodies in a room. In addition, visiting every room in a dungeon really is usually a waste of time; in the tutorial there's some extra items in those caves but it's generally just granite, quartz and enemies, which you can find everywhere underground anyway. This isn't always the case, as maybe you really do need granite, or there's something else useful in the region, like coral. Either way take your time exploring, but just remember that these two tools are very useful for quickly acquiring what you need.

And finally, don't forget you have storm dash when you need to get around. If you wish, you can doubletap left/right to activate it even if it's not on a hotkey. Alternatively, if you don't want it to go off accidentally (and believe me, there's MANY ways it can kill you), then you can disable the input in the options and put it on a hotkey instead.

Of course the problem with that is... AVWW is never actually complete. :)
Ah, yes, there's of course that little problem as well. ;)

I have a gamepad and its very handy in this regard as all the number keys are right by the wasd keys. Invaluable for games like AVWW.

Re: Aiming
I want to offer my advice on how to set up spells. I use six spells, 3 bound to mouse buttons, 3 bound to 1/2/3. You can do this by binding something to change the active left-click slot. Then you can scroll that on over to 4, and set up 3 spells there for left, right, and middle mouse respectively. Your 1s, 2s, and 3s can be more of situational spells that you can reach in a pinch. If you have a fourth or fifth mouse button like I do, you can have even more spells bound...
And then, you go and bind 'place crate' to Q, and 'place platform' to E. Put the use key on F. Why? Because I'm insane. An insane genius. This gives me basically 8 attacks to work with, and it's awesome.
