Beta 0.916 issue: Lesser Teleport on ze fritz?

Hey everyone,

I have to say, I've been a long-time fan of ArcenGames and have found both AI War and AVWW to be incredibly entertaining and quite... different, from the standard fare out there.

My apologizes if this has already been posted, but I wasn't able to find anything similar to it in the Search tool up above. I've noticed recently that the Lesser Teleport seems "spotty". You cast it, you stay in place, nothing happens. Weird thing though is that if you cast it enough times (probably out of sheer frustration, or because you find the ability to turn your character into a purple shade every couple of seconds amusing), then you start jumping all over the place; almost as if the Lesser Teleport effects were placed in a "queue" that gets enabled after some time. Doing this in the settlement, I was teleported quite a few times to the top of the map (thankfully, no fall damage!).

I'm not sure if anyone else has noticed issues with their Lesser Teleport similar. I'll be happy to supply more information if need be!

Yep, it's in solo and multiplayer; we have two mantis reports already on it.  It works, it just doesn't work until 30 seconds have passed; then you get teleported jarringly to wherever you originally did it to. ;)

Oh, right, I think that's because the teleport tracer does its logic literally in the "I'm being removed" logic, and not in ability-processing.

Oh, right, I think that's because the teleport tracer does its logic literally in the "I'm being removed" logic, and not in ability-processing.

As in "I am leaving the chunk" ?

Where "I" is the teleport tracer, yes.

* In the last couple of versions, lesser teleport was not working at all.  Fixed.

I use Lesser Teleport a lot. I didn't realize how much until it stopped working.
