I read it the same way as Aklyon at first, but then realized what you meant.  I think it may be a regional or country or whatever difference in how we write number ranges like that. No big thing. :)

Could be.  Which is why I rewrote it the second time, even if I did have to parse the original to explain what I'd meant.
I guess I was being too colloquial ("Five to Ten-Thousand" spoken aloud doesn't usually carry the same confusion).

Yup, we were switching to them when this happened. So we are now with Rackspace.

I'm new, so sorry for posting in an old thread, but I really wanted to say this. Hostgater sucks! It's a good thing that you decided to switch. I haven't heard much about Rackspace, but I hear nothing but nightmares about Hostgater.

I have been hearing good things about 1&1 too, and they actually have actual game server specifications. If you run into trouble again in the future you can check them out.
