Well chances are that if you are alive and reading this you went through an artificial process called education
Which is the source of your high level intelligence. Without this artificial process we'd be cavemen.
Hence we are also a Strong AI or better put AGI. We just lack the computational power of a multi-billion core mainframe and the memory power of .. well of basically anything modern and the only thing humans have over computers (for now) is the memory referencing and ordering logic.
Or better put, we are each and everyone a unique AGI, just stuck in an inferior biological mainframe.
