Check out the brand new blog.arcengames.com (http://blog.arcengames.com) for all the latest dev diaries! I've ported everything over from the Tumblr Chris had set up, and the plan is to have any future diaries there.
Here's what we're going for:
"A glimpse into the life" sort of things. They don't have to be long, or polished, or magazine pieces. They're just little status updates or interesting things that happened. "Hey this was an interesting frustration today," or "here's a surprising minor triumph we wouldn't normally bother mentioning."
It can be a one line remark or a five page ramble. The idea is that it's relatively unfiltered in terms of just being conversational and showing people some of what is going on. Speaking like you would to a friend, more or less. So there's a certain intimacy rather than a "here is a packaged message for the masses."
