I couldn't find any of these anywhere so I made my own.

Awesome. That's neat.

Suggestion? Sure. Hull bonuses (for attack, there is already the hull type).

Have you plans for other classes of units, such as Guardians and Guard Posts?

This is excellent. Although I think the ships should be sorted alphabetically.

Also some questions about the columns:
What is..
..Min cost? Minimum cost? Mineral cost? Do you mean metal cost?
..DPS subleties?
..Kiting dps?
..Armor piercing dps?
..Carrier killers?
..Cloak?
..Reclaim?
..Attrition?

Resi I made something similar years ago: New spreadsheet comparing Mark I ship caps (http://www.arcengames.com/forums/index.php/topic,11678.msg121099.html).  It's always linked from https://arcengames.com/mediawiki/index.php?title=AI_War:AI_War#Player-Created_Strategy_Resources (https://arcengames.com/mediawiki/index.php?title=AI_War:AI_War#Player-Created_Strategy_Resources).  Looks like our three spreadsheets overlap but also have plenty of unique content.  Feel free to incorporate anything from mine into yours.
