Title: Warp gate Question

Let's say there are 3 planets in a 60 planet map lined up, A, B, and C. I have a command station on A. I neuter B. Can C send waves against me?

When C is not directly connected to A, no.
Warp Gates can only teleport/send waves to planets directly next to them.
