There is a spell that propels you forward. Using that while crouching would allow you to access that treasure. What I don't know is if the powerslide feat is still in the game. If it is, you can also slide into little gaps once you get far enough into the game.

It's not a bug, some treasures require you to have the mini feat in order to access them. This is one such treasure.

Maybe we need to be able to put markers down for these sorts of things on the world map, like a priority marker, ala AI War?

Or else it makes them hard to find again if we wanna look in the treasure when we can access it, otherwise, we might not decide to ever go back.

Given the disposable nature of equipment. I don't think there's any reason to backtrack to pick up an item you missed before.

Maybe the equipment that you find that's actually hidden beneath little gates like this one should be more likely to be of higher quality somehow.

That would be a good idea, but, there's absolutely no good way to do that. We'd have to go in and tell the game which ones require mini to get, and which ones don't. To teach the game how to tell for itself would take a ton of time, and cause massive amounts of bugs.

Aww.
I keep forgetting that there's no such thing as a programming magic wand that just magics these things into happening.
